Shipping shall be calculated after the sale
based on shipping address and there is a 15% packaging and handling charge
on this bundle. This bundle ships in two or more boxes from our Canadian
and USA warehouses with tracking information emailed to you at time of
shipment.
Should you choose to have local installation,
you shall be advised of your install date and your local Rescue Geek shall
also be assigned and he/she will be forwarded your contact number and
the UPS tracking number for your shipment. All shipments are still sent
direct to your verified paypal address and your local Rescue Geek shall
coordinate directly with you for an exact install date and time, pending
delivery of your shipment based on the tracking information.
Should you need technical support after
delivery and or the install, you will need to log into your account on

and choose the "Customer Log In" button on the left hand side of
the screen to create a new TECHNICAL SUPPORT TICKET..... Once a
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TICKET is created, a call center technician shall email

Rescue Geeks can customize a hardware combination
to suite any POS software combination you require, some of the more popular
packages we install include but are not limited to the list below. But
we specialize in custom configurations, simply send us your wish list.

Units are sold as is in working condition
with a 3 months parts replacement warranty (customer is responsible
for sending in parts for repair)
Rescue Geeks provides 1 year of telephone
and or online tech support for hardware and software support only,
online remote tech support requires high speed Internet.
Any and all onsite tech support is $79
per hour with 1 hour minimum and 1 hour travel time, prepaid.
All systems are tested and configured
to work properly with all the software and hardware in the CLEARANCE
SALE POS PACKAGES noted below.
All units are pre-owned and are sold
as CLEARANCE SALE units.
Software and operating systems are as
is on the systems from prior users, and though Rescue Geeks provides
1 year of telephone and or online tech support, buyer holds harmless
and indemnifies the Rescue Geeks against any and all liabilities arising
from the buyers use and or inability to use the hardware and or software
purchased. Rescue Geeks assumes no liability for use of said software.
Software updates if any that may be
available, may require additional fees direct to software manufacturer.
By ordering you agree to these terms
without reservation, and agree that you will receive no refund, credit,
return, or exchange for any reason.
Any granted cancellation of an order
prior to shipment is subject to 50% restocking fee.
Shipping, packaging, handling, software
and any and all professional services are non refundable and if a
refund is granted at the sole discretion and option of the Rescue
Geeks, a 75% restocking fee shall apply.
We only cover return shipping cost (no
more than the original paid shipping amount) for returns due to incorrect
shipment or listing errors. Defective item or unit must be shipped
back to us or manufacturer at buyer's cost.
Returns from USA must indicate the returned
product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs
form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs
and brokerage fees.
All new systems
come with 1 year parts warranty - Shipping back to us is always the
customers responsibility.
All used/refurbished systems come with
3 months parts warranty - Shipping back
to us is always the customers responsibility.
Some parts
may carry longer warranties of up to 3 years direct from the manufacturer.
Extended
warranty is available on most parts, contact sales directly for details.
TAXES,
CUSTOMS, DUTIES
USA orders
will be charged sales tax in those states where we offer onsite installation
by our contractors or Rescue Geeks employees.
Canadian
orders will be charged PST and GST accordingly.
Parts are shipped
from our offices nationwide, and as such, customer is responsible for
any Customs and Duty charges from USA and or Canadian authorities.
This item is located in our Canadian warehouse.
Sales Tax is applicable to both item and
shipping cost.
USABuyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges
are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your countrys
customs office to determine what these additional costs will be

SHIPPING
AND PICKUP POLICY:
Shipping may be
by UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on location of the several components that
make up your order.
Available for Shipping
or Pickup at our Toronto (, Toronto ON ) location.
Local pickup by
appointment only. On
all local pickups, we will charge 1% of the item value as handling fee,
it will be no less than $3 but no more than $10.
Please note the
order processing time frame is in addition to the shipping method time
frame you selected. Tracking number will be issued to your email address
(your paypal payment email address if you pay with paypal)
once the shipment is processed (except orders shipped by regular mail).
Please also note international shipments may take longer to process.
We do not offer
combined shipping as items may be located in different warehouses. Please
contact us first if you need to get combined shipping to ensure that
