Of course you won't want it on all the time, and that's why the system has convenient home and away modes, so your Motion Detector will only be on when you need it to be. Once you're at home, you can set it to home mode so it won't be triggered by your normal household movement, and once you're out of the house – or even just out of the room and to bed for the night – you can put your system into Away mode so your Motion Detectors will detect any motion that passes by, keeping you and your home secure no matter the hour.

Don't forget, each Motion Detector can be set to unique security codes, so no other rogue signals interfere with them.

These piercing, plug-in sirens can be added anywhere around the home – they simply plug into any normal wall socket around your home. They work with any X10 security system, responding to signals from an alerted main security console. No intruder will hang around when one of these sirens sounds! The Small PowerHorn Siren is a great way to make sure the whole house knows when your alarm is tripped! You can use it to add some extra volume to your Home Security System. That way, everyone is sure to hear your alarm sound and know that there is a problem!
